Acre is excited to announce its new partnership with Sesame Bankhall Valuation Services (SBVS), offering a high-quality panel of RICS member surveyors for your clients' surveying needs. With this new partnership, homebuyers will be able to access competitive pricing while securing a high-quality survey.
The partnership offers clients access to three different types of surveys: Home Survey Level 2 Report, Home Survey Level 3 Report, and Specialist Reports. The Home Survey Level 2 Report is suitable for conventional properties that are in reasonable condition and built from common building materials. In contrast, the more in-depth Home Survey Level 3 Report is recommended for properties that are run-down, older, larger, unusual, or altered. Specialist Reports are available for specific issues such as damp, drainage, or structural problems.
With the help of SBVS, homebuyers will be able to make informed decisions on whether to go ahead with buying a property, what is a reasonable price to pay for the property, and take account of any repairs or replacements the property needs.
Customers will be charged a competitive fee for each type of report, and each report will be carried out by a qualified surveyor. SBVS covers every postcode in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, and will report back to the homebuyer within a few working days. They provide a central point of contact, giving you and your customers more control.

To refer a client, simply click the "Refer now" button on Acre’s property page, and make sure you have completed basic property and case details first, including year built, number of bedrooms, parking type, and property address. If they go ahead with the survey, Acre will pay you or your network a commission in relation to the referral.
