As an Account Manager at Acre, you are at the frontline of customer interactions. You will be driving the adoption of Acre’s cutting-edge mortgage solution among brokers to achieve a high retention rate. You will be helping them get the most out of our end-to-end system by understanding each brokerage and their business needs then putting the right support tools and content in front of them. You will be looking after a portfolio of clients and will be responsible for their onboarding and activation, and ultimately, their success using Acre. You are also a problem solver who will be partnering with your Customer Success colleagues and other teams at Acre like Product and Business Development to be an advocate for our users’ needs and ensure the product continually delights our customers.
