Acre and its group companies provide services and solutions to Financial Advisors and Financial Service Providers to help them serve end customers who are buying a home, or insurance to protect themselves and their assets. With respect to Advisor and other users accessing the platform in the course of their employment, Acre acts as a data-processor for the relevant employer.
What information do we collect about you?

- Your email address and another other contact information provided, which may include, but is not limited to: your name (first and last name); your date of birth; your gender; your physical address; your email address; and your telephone number.
- Your employment details and relationship with your employer
- Professional information, such as product competencies and performance information.

We may also monitor and/or record electronic or voice communications and correspondence you have with us, whether by writing, by phone, by email or by various other forms for the purpose of improving our service.

We may collect and process the following information that is not personally identifiable information about you if you access to the Acre Platform, in particular:

On what basis to we capture data?
Performance of a Contract
The majority of data with respect to Advisors and other users accessing the platform in the course of their employment, is collected for the performance of contract to provide the Acre platform to the relevant employer.
Acre has a legitimate interest to analyse the performance of it's platform and business, for the purpose of continuous improvement.
Where an individual has explicitly provided us with contact details and other personal information, we will use that information in accordance with the nature of the individuals request.
We may obtain information about your use of our website and applications by using a cookie file. Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We use the following types of cookies:
