Our hiring process is transparent, friendly and run by our team instead of machines. Once you send us your application and resumé or CV, members of our hiring team will take a look and you can expect to hear from us within two business days.
Our interview process begins with an informal phone call to talk about your work experience, skills, and to get to know you better.
After that, we'll ask you to complete a short task. If you're applying for an engineering role, this will take the form of a short technical exercise.
Following the results of your exercise, we'll invite you to a final-stage interview in our office in London. We’ll give you the tour, followed by an interview with various members of our team, ranging from product to engineering to senior leadership. We'll use your task or technical exercise as a part of the discussion.
