How Acre is revolutionising GI with UinsureCX
We have recently announced our integration with insurtech Uinsure’s game-changing technology that is revolutionising the way you offer General Insurance.
This new technology enables advisors and firms to automate insurance quotes at key moments in the mortgage journey, such as application, offer, and exchange, while giving your customer the ability to purchase their own cover digitally.
UinsureCX is the only platform in the UK that can track an individual’s mortgage progress and provide a personalised automated insurance quote that is tailored to a customer’s mortgage type.
The integration between Acre and Uinsure aims to support our joint goal of enabling intermediaries and other affinity partners to offer insurance to every mortgage customer in line with Consumer Duty regulations.
But… how do you get access to this game-changing tech?
To enable auto-refer through Acre, make sure your Uinsure credentials are added to 'My Settings' and just follow these three simple steps to activate UinsureCX:
- Head to Company Settings and select Panels
- Select the button Enable auto refer to Uinsure
- Save your changes.
Principals can enable auto-refer for GI, which will automatically refer any case once a mortgage has been applied and the case status is 'Application Submitted'. This will only be for cases where GI has not been sold or referred and the broker has not stated that the customer does not require insurance.
All clients with a residential transaction will be included but users can still provide advice at any time before the application is submitted and these clients will be removed from the functionality.
