1. Growth & Scaling 📈

In the first six months of 2023, we have seen explosive growth of our user base and usage of our platform. Against a backdrop of dropping volumes and approvals in the mortgage market, Acre saw over 400% year-on-year growth in mortgage volume, and we’re thrilled to have helped our 10,000th family get the protection they need in a protection-only case. This a huge validation of the work we’re so passionate about, and we’re setting our sights high for the rest of the year.

Back in April we were hugely excited to announce that we secured £6.5 million in funding, putting us in a really strong position to continue onboarding new users rapidly, rolling out new partnerships with not only clubs and networks, but also lenders and insurers. 2. New Features 🎁

In just the first half of this year, we’ve built a range of new exciting features for our mortgage broker software to enhance efficiency and streamline processes. These include:

  • New Sourcing & Affordability: Our best-in-class mortgage sourcing engine has just gotten better, stay tuned for a full blog post on all the new enhancements we’ve made to sourcing, including building our very own Affordability system to deliver the most accurate affordability information in the market, directly in your sourcing results.
  • Secure Client Messaging: Designed to drive better communication between brokers and clients, creating a greater client experience and faster applications. Read the blog post
  • New ways for clients to access their credit reports: Save time for you and your clients by obtaining their credit report through our Client Portal or over the phone using Knowledge-Based Authentication (questions only they’ll know).
  • Signing Suitability Letters: The mortgage journey is now even smoother with the option to review and sign Suitability Reports in the Client Portal.
  • Network Enhancements and Productivity Tools: We’re continuing to invest in making Acre the best mortgage CRM software for AR networks. Our recent enhancements and new productivity tools make business operations faster and more efficient as you grow.

3. Innovative Integrations 🔌

Acre has forged strategic partnerships and innovative integrations with key industry players, enhancing our overall user experience. Some of our notable recent integrations include:

  • Banks: We’ve integrated another top lender, Santander, so brokers can now get DIPs in one click and pre-populate Full Mortgage Applications with Santander in record time. Read the Press release

  • SBVS: This partnership means brokers can access a high-quality panel of RICS member surveyors for their clients' surveying and valuation needs, meaning competitive pricing for high-quality surveys. Read the blog post
  • Simplify: We integrated with Simplify to offer brokers and their clients instant quotes for best-in-class conveyancing services with no hidden costs, available directly through Acre. Read the Press release

These integrations, combined with Acre's existing integrations and embedded protection capabilities, empower brokers to deliver more comprehensive and holistic optionality to their customers, meaning even better outcomes for clients.

4. Industry Recognition 🥳

The dedication and innovation of the Acre team has not gone unnoticed. We were proud recipients of another mortgage industry award in April and have recently received nominations for others upcoming.
